Owner payouts are processed monthly via direct deposit, along with detailed financial statements in your owner portal.
How do you handle maintenance?
We coordinate repairs with reliable, licensed vendors and keep you informed every step of the way. Emergency maintenance is handled 24/7.
What are your fees?

Can I use my own vendors?

What happens if a tenant needs to be evicted?

How involved do I have to be?
It's up to you. We offer a fully hands-off experience, but you're always welcome to stay closely involved if that's your style.
