How do I apply for a rental?
Just head to our "Available Rentals" page and click "Apply Now" on any listing you're interested in. It's quick, secure, and all online.
What's required to qualify?
We look at credit, rental history, income (at least 3x the rent), and run background checks. Our full rental criteria are available on the application page.
How long does approval take?
Most applications are processed within 1-3 business days, depending on how quickly we receive third-party verifications.
Is there an application fee?
Yes - a non-refundable fee applies per adult applicant. This covers screening costs.
Are pets allowed?
Many of our properties are pet-friendly! Policies vary by property and may include breed restrictions, pet deposits, and monthly pet rent.
How do I pay rent?
Log into your secure tenant portal to pay online via bank transfer, debit, or credit card.
What if I have a maintenance issue?
Submit a request through your tenant portal anytime. For after-hours emergencies, call the 24/7 maintenance number listed in your lease.
When is rent due?
Rent is due on the 1st of each month. A grace period may apply, depending on your lease. Late fees apply if rent isn't received on time.
Can I renew my lease?
Absolutely. We'll reach out about 60 days before your lease ends to discuss your renewal options.
