Rachel Holman is a Partner and Broker at RISE Property Management, bringing more than two decades of experience in the Central Texas real estate market. Known for her deep local expertise and results-driven approach, Rachel has guided buyers, sellers, and investors through thousands of successful transactions across Temple, Belton, Salado, Killeen, and surrounding communities.

A longtime Central Texas resident, Rachel has built her career on market knowledge, strategic negotiation, and client-first service. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor and has since served in leadership roles including brokerage ownership and team leadership, consistently producing top results and recognition within the local industry.

Rachel has brokered thousands of real estate transactions, personally owned multiple standard and luxury Airbnb’s, single family and multi-family rental properties, “fix and flip” investments, designed and renovated dozens of homes, built a few and assisted over 100+ clients through the building process, so it’s tough to run a scenario by Rachel that she hasn’t seen.
