Kevin Armor is a Co-Founder of Rise Property Management and a licensed Texas Realtor with hands-on experience managing both single-family homes and large multifamily communities throughout Central Texas. Since entering property management in 2019, he has overseen portfolios of up to 365 units, gaining extensive experience across Class A mid-rise properties, affordable tax credit housing, and traditional residential rentals.

He specializes in pricing strategy, market analysis, tenant screening, and risk reduction, helping property owners protect their investments while improving long-term performance. Known for his strong communication, responsiveness, and direct involvement, he works closely with owners to navigate leasing, operations, and complex transitions when necessary.

He serves long-term rental owners, first-time landlords, investors, and military families across Temple, Belton, Killeen, Salado, and the surrounding Central Texas communities, providing clear guidance and dependable, owner-focused service.
